Freezing Banana Preparation
âś…Select firm ripe bananas.
âś…Peel them
âś…mash thoroughly.
âś…Add 1/2 teaspoon (1500 mg) ascorbic acid per cup
of mashed banana.
âś…Package in moisture-vapor resistant container.
âś…Seal and freeze.
